Is there is any objections to do so?  Or any other questions?

Should I email everyone before I send Invites?

 

Future steps are:

step 4: send 1st invite to nonspamming nonbouncing members to new group
step 5: send 2nd invite
step 6: add as members any non responers to group
step 7: inform Y!Group Support to have the group deleted & OO that group will be delete
step 8: After OO deleted, Rename new group to OO
