For the most part this list is very solid except.....

Ack! Why do your warriors have disruption fields?!? Get rid of those and spend those points elsewhere.
 
Here's why:
with warriors you have a choice between rapid firing your guass weapons or charging (that's the way rapid fire weapons work). So, if you're close enough to charge a vehicle, you're also close enough to rapid fire at it, which has the exact same effect.
 
There is one exception to the 'never give warriors disruption fields' rule. If you plan on letting your warriors get charged by say... a dreadnought.... you'll wish you had them, but a smart general can avoid this.
 
Take those points and fill out your immortals squad.
 
Also, Personally, I'd switch out the nightmare shroud and phase shifter for a veil of darkness, but the lord will function well the way he is.
