Having problems with message search?
Not to
question you Admiral, but I wondered about that answer my self. I thought that
once you had lost a province that, YES all orders would be lost as well. Even
if you got it back right way by some method, The orders would be gone.

Admiral, I believe that your answer is incorrect. Once a province is
lost (for even a single phase) further orders are lost as well.
