Another question. Say I gift a province to an ally, but I want to move
troops through the province. For this example, I do not have passages
rights, but, since gifting happens late in the turn, my troops should
be able to move into the gifted province. Right?
The sad part, I used to know this stuff, gonna have to read that damn
rulebook again, for the 49th time. ARRGGG.
