If you go to the main site (www.morrowind.com) there are tutorials
there on the use of the construction set. You'll have to look around
for it since Oblivion is the new thing. There is also an extensive
help file in the construction set itself and you can find a lot of
information through it. I know this is a month or two late but I just
personally joined the group in search of plugins.
