That would have been me. When a membership request comes in, it's
difficult to tell whether it's from a spammer or not. That's one reason
why I requested that people send me an email to join the group rather
than simply request to join through Yahoo's system. After I approve a
membership, I usually check a few days later to see whether it's a
spambot, but I missed it on this one. My apologies.
