Elizandra got the point. She turned sharply on her heel. This,
she swore, was the last time she dropped into Zed's office
without an urgent emergency to drop in his lap. She reached the
door, and hesistated, feeling more than a little tempted to
neuralyse the boss and make him find someone else. She just knew
the guy was going to spend every possible second attempting to
make her laugh at something.
She opened the door and saw him standing there. "You must be
Ray," she said flatly. "Come with me, please." She paused, then
added. "I'm Elizandra Valkris."
