Time is running out to sign-up for the 6th Annual DC Area Okotburfest Weekend! Tomorrow, September 24th, is the last day the rooms will be held for us at the Best Western. Most of them are already taken but there were a few left so if you need one, call them right away!  Also, if you want to come to the dinner Friday night or the faire on Saturday (at the group rate), you need to sign-up and send a check by October 1st! Friday Buffet - Time Change
 In an effort to accommodate people arriving from out-of-town, and those in-town who need time to get ready after work, the buffet dinner on Friday evening will begin at 8pm instead of 7pm. So, if you have already registered and want to sign-up for the buffet, just email me (moiira@...) or send a note through the RSVP Form and I will add you to the list for dinner.

Sunday Brunch
Since alot of people are now playing other games, and several spent time questioning GM's at the convention, there will most likely not be a Q&A session after brunch on Sunday. Weather permitting, and if there is enough interest, I was thinking of going to the Inner Harbor in Baltimore after brunch and possibly the ESPN Zone (this is a great place!). Let me know what you think or if you have any ideas or suggestions!

And Finally .....
If you have already signed up, you will be receiving an email with a link to the "Who List" page showing everyone who has signed up so far, and what events you are confirmed for. Please verify that I have signed you up for the correct events. I am working on map and directions and will hopefully have them done sometime next week.
