1. HEX CODE (Magic Cookie Converted) ONLY ENTER 4-digit HEX code. (NOT 5 Digits) Any HEX numbers larger than 4 digits will be truncated at the beginning. Therefore 14C52 would be 4C52.
The first column is the HEX code. This is really the most important thing because any conflicts with this cause clashes.
Use your Windows calculator to figure out your ID.
Open calculator: View > Scientific
Click "Dec"
Type in Lush Creations Magic Cookie
Click "Hex"
Your Magic cookie is the last 4-digits

Is your code more than 4 digits? Check your GUID in The Sims Transmogrifier: object definition. The GUID will contain a set of 8 numbers. The 4 in the middle is the ID you are putting out. ##0000## where the zeros represent your ID.

2. Magic Cookie - assigned number for the Lush Creations website or self assigned. If you do not have a magic cookie, please assign one starting with zero
3. Artist - Your name or pen name
4. URL - where you hail from
5. ID(s) these are initials (if any) that you use at the beginning of your filename
