I've just found a useful piece of code which deactivates the enter key in HTML
and added it to the order and custom signup page. That should solve your
concerns.

As for keeping a record of orders sent, we have them here. If you do think
something was wrong you should say so and I can check it for you and send the
order file back to demonstrate if necessary.

Its not impossible that there's an error somewhere in the HTML code, though I
rather think it would have been pointed out by now given how many games have
been run. Still - you never know! Worth a look.
