IIRC there is a Yahoo group set-up for it.

It is a program that was made to (re)play Warmaster battles, and runs with Java. No fancy drag and pull stuff, so you need to "code" stuff like "Unit A move 100 (=10cm)" etc

it takes some gettin used too, but it does work for eg. postal games
