I've uploaded LCW source code to google.code here:

Now my eclipse plugin died overnight so I am not sure if ALL the files
are loaded. I'll check tonight. In the meantime if you are REALLY
impatient you can start looking at it.

After verifying everything is there, my next task is to update the
wiki associated with the project with design documents. I plan to have
something new at least once a week until everything is documented.
