As said by others, the book is OK for setting up a
campaign in Iberia, specially the christian part of
it. The info on the arabic part is sketchy at best and
underdeveloped. If you have any desire to play in it,
I recomend getting hold of the Michelin guide to
Spain. in fact I recommend the Michelin guide for a
saga set anywhere in the world since I find them
extremely informative, containing info on locations
history AND (most important thing) legends on the
country.

I have played 2 sagas in Iberia. The first one was
about the formation of Catalonia in the 800-1000 and
the second one was located near Toledo. The later just
ended after flagrant breaches of the code and a
nuke-like result obliterating toledo itself in a
hermetic battle (escaled up wizard's war. In both
cases we used the basic setting ogf the tribunal
outlined in the book, but droped half a dozen major
demons from the setting.

The area best described by the tribunal book would be
castile & leon. Catalonia and aragon are quite similar
as well, so they can be used without much problems.
