Rings World Qualifier is top billing at this year”Ēs Springcon. Bob
Yager, aka Hida Yagimaki, is the Tournament Organizer and your Host.
Bob has arranged for Rick Wulf, the Lead Story Line Author for Legend
of the Five Rings, to be the Guest of Honor. Rich will be available
for discussion and will be observing the Kotei for story implications.
