For almost a year and a half we've been saying that the LARPA-Gen Yahoo
group would be deprecated. That rested on the completion of some
changes to the LARPA Forums which are now complete. The most important
is that you can fully subscribe any "main board" from the LARPA forums
and get it in e-mail.

This group will continue to exist so that the historical archives is
accessible. However it has been changed to "ANNOUNCE ONLY" and will
act as a repeater for the LARPA General Forum. So you can read here,
but you'll have to reply on the forums.

I'd like to thank everyone for a number of years of great
contributions, however the time has come to move forward and
consolidate to a more modern system. At some point in the future this
group may be moved to a searchable database, but for now, it will
remain as a "ANNOUNCE ONLY" repeater for the LARPA General Forum. We
hope to see you there, and in the other more specific forums available!
