Only if you have the Knowledge(Religion) skill -that's the
indicatoprof your training and you use it like any other
knowledge skill for things you meet (ie you shouldn't look it up
in the MM beforehand) -Clerics of Trithereon get no particular
advantage.

K(Rel) is a class skill for Clerics.
If you didn't put points in it then you obviously didn't pay
enough attention to that part of your training.
