A Group for players of Knight's Cross, the WW2 Blue Max Variant and for general discussion of models, rules, and miscellanea relating to WW2 aircraft.

Blue Max / Knight's Cross is a simple WWI/WWII air combat game that uses miniature models (we use 1/72 and 1/144th scale) mounted on antennae to create a 3-D board. Movement is on a hex grid with each aircraft having it's own characteristics and abilities.

Local groups run campaigns which allow pilots to develop in-game skills such as Maneuverability, Tailing, Range, Called Shot or Close Maneuver.

Blue Max covers WWI aircraft, Knight's Cross covers the 30's to late 40's and Distinguished Flying Cross covers the Korean Conflict.

Recommended player age is 8+.
