Shenandoah is a pretty good system, not too historical. 1863 is another good system if you have the figs for a whole army. You can always use Berthier as well....
Ask Doug Kline, he's a terrain specialist. 6mm is not very popular, so finding terrain for tham or figs to fill in holes in the few product lines there are...
