Thanks so much for the interest guys, by next week Magnamund's portal
is going at the point of Pearl River Louisana. Banedon has informed me
of that They dont need my services anymore, and the portal that i kept
so long here in san jose has been worn out.

Thanks so much guys for the interest. It has been a nice 20 year
peaceful reign over magnamund by my protection. I am moving onto the
road of Isengard by next month, I hear they are need of a good paladin
over there, orcs were sighted. thanks and bye all.

Lone wolf the game, i think it will be out for DS, but like a book format with
graphics and wicked wolf logo design.

Anyone know when the softcover version of Flight from the Dark will be
released? It was originally scheduled in September, then Amazon
listed it as October 25, and now it's not up there at all. Even
Mongoose isn't listing it as either a current release or upcoming.

Hello,

Unfortunately no.

In the French books, there are no maps in the LW books 21 to 28.
There are some in the internet, but not all.

Hello all,

I am looking for the maps for the Lone Wolf books #21 to #28.

I was fortunate to find #23, #26 to #28 but not the others.

Where could I find these precious maps, especially the one with book #21 ?

Thanks in advance,

Eric

Actually, that's not that excessive--at the high end of the Lone Wolf
price spectrum, maybe, but not excessive. It may be *much* more than
when the books were still in print, but you can't go by that for
comparison.

There is no official price list, as far as I know. There are certain
times when Lone Wolf books are more expensive, while other times they
are less.

The price for any given Lone Wolf book depends, of course, on the
demand at the time. One eBay U.S., the New Order books can range from
about $50US to about $300US, depending on the specific book, of
course. You can usually get the Magnamund Companion for about $25US
to $50US. I'm not sure about the novels. The Kai, Magnakai, and Grand
Master books can generally be found pretty cheap.

I bought all the New Order books on eBay about four years ago. The
cheapest book I won was $75US. The most expensive book cost me
$200US. I was also able to win the Magnamund Companion for $10US at
that time (it was listed in the wrong category). Many of the books
are listed as only "Buy It Now" (BIN), though I would suggest you
focus on the books you can bid on--you can sometimes get the book for
under a BIN price. You also might want to check for times when the
demand for the books has ebbed a bit. That is what I did, and most of
the books I won were priced at the lower end of the spectrum.

With all that said, I'm curious to see what (if any) effect the
republished Lone Wolf books will have on the price of New Order books
on eBay.

I think it's absolutely stupid to have them as hard covers!
I predict that they make it to book 6 before they stop.

As threepwud stated earlier (in the "Happy Bank Holiday" thread), theLone Wolf

republication is Mongoose Publishing, the samecompany that helped bring
Magnamund to d20.I first received word about the republication when, quite

at least one gamebook(Flight from the Dark, which comes out July 31) being
expanded. Flightfrom the Dark will now have 450 sections/pages and will open
with (asthreepwud already stated) Silent Wolf fighting alongside his
brethrenduring the Darklord attack on the Kai Monastery. Other changes are
toinclude the Tarnelin (I think I spelled it right) Tunnel "glitch," inwhich the
only way to finish book 1 is to have either Animal Kinship orthe Magic
Spear. Each gamebook will be re-released in hardcover "Collector's

And(again, as threepwud already stated) Joe will finally get the chance
tocomplete the series. There will be some new Lone Wolf novels being released, as

There are currently 28 books and 12 novels.

Whilst the novels will remain at 12, Joe Dever is currently in the
process of finishing off his series and writing the final 4 books to
make a grand total of 32 books :)

Also I believe the first book has been re-written to include a new
introduction whereas you play Lone Wolf DEFENDING the Kai Monastery
through Zagarna's initial attack instead of simply waking up in the
forest.

Be merry,
