Hi Jon,

Congrats on getting the new games.. can't wait to play them.

I have already seen the new LOTR film.. I watched the triple-header
on wednesday (which prevented me from joining you). But if you
decide to go to the earlier screening I should be able to join you
for a game afterwards - if you are not too tired - the movie is
3.5 hours long!

The good news is that my games arrived, just in time for channukah.

The bad news is that instead of an 18% VAT whcih I expected (about 70
NIS) they slaped it with 142 NIS meches! I could have sent it back to
them to "verify" whether the meches was correct, which would have
taken another oh, 4 weeks, or more (with no guarantee of any change),
so I grumbled and paid. There is no appeal against a closed
government.

Anyway, we get to play some facinating new games from now on, in
addition to our usual stock. All those that ordered a game, I will
send you an individual bill, and you can pick it up from me.

There will be the usual game this Wed evening. Unfortunately, I
haven't received my new games, yet. Time to start making calls.

Games at 6:30 and 9:00 . Bring a snack (optional, but nice)

On Wednesday of Channukah, I'm thinking of a group visit to Lord of
the Rings at 5:00 pm followed by a return to my house for discussion
and a light game, or the reverse, a game at 6:30, followed by a visit
to the movie starting at 9:00 pm (only, it's a little late for my son)
