You made some very valid points Kevin. Your right Spiderman was always
wearing his mask in the hospital! Now that I recall some of those
famous stories. As far as villians and heroes suing one another you
are very likely right about that as well. However the law would either
be specific about what damages could be sued for. Or each case would be
tested on it's own merrits with the Judge deciding one way or another
if charges should proceed. Anyway the idea behind my post was to add
complications to our heroes lives. Enjoy...........
