thanks for the time and effort you have put into arranging this event.

Can I make an appeal to everyone who has said they are coming to make an effort
to make this day a great day out? Only 3 or 4 people have replied to Ben's
request for a list of terrain they are bringing that I am aware of - apologies
to anyone who has replied outside of this group.

If you dont have any terrain / cant get any / dont fancy carrying it in on the
flight from Australia thats fine, no problem, just let Ben know and we (ie all
the attendees) can see what we can do.

Ben, I'm sorry for crashing your tournament emails and to everyone else I don't
mean to offend, but I would really would like us all to have a good day out
:-)).
