Hey Everyone,

I wanted to know what everyone thought about a couple of ideas that might
help cut down on the SPAM (unwanted email) on the mail list. The first is
(if not already in place) allow only email from people on the list. And the
second is require authorization (from the moderator) before allowing someone
on the list.

At the moment, let's keep the discussion to weather we want to do this or
not. Then, once we decide (if we do) we can worry about how...
