This may be a bit early, but if "Star Patrol" is a bit Gerry Anderson-
style, then these:

might provide those intrepid spacers with a ground vehicle and some
gear for their contrl bridge!

As do I! Thanks for the info - you've got me drooling (Homer-like) in
anticipation of new product.
Hi Tim,
Nice to hear from you again and thanks for your order, also very much for the kind words about my figures. The Lost Legion aren't being cast up yet because to put it bluntly I'm skint.;o)
I've designed loads of new figures for GAFDOZ which I'm very excited about, so when the last few remaining Captain Gamma stuff is released I will list the next 30 upcoming figures.
The Star Patrol figures are currently being sculpted by Bob Olley and there's 6 new Protectorate Guard being sculpted by Brad Shier.
I'm also planning THREE more GAFDOZ ranges and another range set in a particular decade.
This on top of the Geezers range.;oS
I just need to win the lottery.;o)
Best regards

Hi Craig,
Any ETA on the Lost Legion figures and others you've been teasing us with (like President Borealis Kaus and The Martian Colossus)?
Hi Craig,
Thanks for your quick reply, I think I will order some miniatures to
see for myself, but it looks promising ;)

Hi, new member here (as are all of us!)
I have a question about the height of the miniatures. Last night I have painted Klug Pluton with Corvus Libra and Kaitos Deneb already primed. He was a pleasure to paint! I also have Lady Mira but she is a lot smaller than the others.
My question: miniatures like the protectorate guard and other "manlike" miniatures, do the have the size of Klug Pluton or do they have the size of Lady Mira?
I know: in real life not everybody is the same height but I like the size of Klug Pluton and am hoping the other miniatures are also that size (the manlike, not the aliens).

I'll hold my hand up for that one. Craig sent me the two new figures
to paint and asked me to take some photos of them unpainted for him. I
didn't have my usual camera so could only take pictures with my camera
phone....
Trust me, they're up to the usual standards!

That's incredible! Well done :-)
Excellent work. I was worried about this figure. I had seen a photo of an unpainted one which appeared to have a lot of pitting. It may have been posted by recreational conflict or the miniatures page, or possibly up at the Lead Adventures forum. It didn't look like Craig's stuff at all.
Once again fabalicious work, Nick. He's great!

Craig (and I think everyone else will enjoy it, too!) here's something
that should inspire you for the "Star Patrol" setting:

Just change that last "1" to "2" for the second part!

There will indeed,
Similar to the Protectorate Guard( Who are due to be reinforced soon) there will be Lost Legion troopers with alternative arms. Probably about 6 figures in total.

Will there by army builder (generic, non-personality) figures foir the
Lost Legion?
Hi all,
Just to let you know, Bob Olley has sent me the photos of the upcoming
Lost Legion personality Figures. Commander Apus Lynx the battle
scarred war veteran, and the veteran Sgt.
Check them out in the Greens folder.
The Lost Legion: Better known as the Solar Legion were lost over 25 years ago during the campaign against Deimos the Moon Witch and her Hordling Army. After the Hordling Army was defeated Deimos fled and the Legion went after her. Neither were never seen again. The Lost Legion are goodies.
Sir Gannymede is a one off. You can't have loads of Lost Knights. Though there will possibly be a GAFDOZ supplement for his kind.

No previews yet Grif,
They haven't been sculpted yet. First off Bob Olley is doing the Lost Legion. The Star Patrol look like a cross between Thunderbirds and Forbidden Planet.

Peter: Choosing my phraseology VERY carefully here, because Intellectual Property lawyers rival the Mekon for fiendishness, take a look - quickly, because Roger Webb of WSD is having a shut-down for (hopefully) three months, at WSDs "Retrovians" for Treens. Some Orks from the Evil Empire (TM) might do, too, as might Tau, painted green not blue! The "Star Commander Grif Ingram" figure from Rattrap could be painted to look like Dan Dare in spacesuit...at least, that'show I'm going to paint mine...and if you choose the right head for the robot in the same package, the robot would look a bit like "Robot Archie"!
Craig: That's great news! We need spacecrew that LOOK like spacemen, not like knights with a spike fetish! Any chance of a "sneak-peak" at the Star Patrol guys, or are you keeping them for a surprise? Oh, and thanks for the Captain Gamma pic! I surprised myself by getting it onto the masthead without mishap!

Thanks for that - will have soon painted up all the Geezers! figs I have, so need a new challange. Of course, I also have a whole load of motors to sort, so that will keep me going for now.
What about 'Old Melon Head' and the rest to complement WSD? In fact, given what is happening, why not have a chat with Roger and look at leasing / buying his range to complement yours?

Hmmmm. I know WSD were heading in that direction with their planned League of Space Nations Officer so I didn't want to tread on Roger's toes.
However, when I sent my designs for the upcoming Star Patrol figures to the sculptor, the comments I got back did make comparisons to the Pilot of the Future himself, so they may suit your needs.

So, here I am, posed to start another 'period' - but where is the main
man? Mr. Hampson's dream coupled with the modern take from Mr. Ennis?
The current comic book and graphic novels of the original series are
selling very well (according to my local Forbidden Planet shop). I
NEED figures that look like the original and best, British space hero.
I have searched and found wanting the figs available at most shows -
the Irregular ones are not quite right.
Please, give me Dare, Digby and the rest? I can even paint a set up
for my dad!
Dig out the old Eagles, buy the current version from Virgin comics but
do it soon!
Yep, here's a pic of the great man himself for the front page. I'm at work this weekend but will be sorting out some GAFDOZ stats for the main Rangers. A sort of preview of what will be in the Proton Rangers scenario book.

Well, I'll start the ball rolling! Craig, can we have some art for the home page (or whatever it's called!) of this group? Maybe the GAFDOZ front cover art, or perhaps a photo of Captain Gamma? I think I can put up the former, and maybe the latter, but I thought it polite to ask! So: what can we do? Possibly a list of character classes in GAFDOZ for the 'Captain Gamma' characters? Anyone want to post painted figures to the 'Photos' section? Grif
