I think that's one of the best things that comes with experience, honestly. It
feels good knowing that you have the foundation to really say something to
someone when they're behaving in a way that bothers you - especially one of your
players - and feeling more comfortable demanding the quality you want and expect
from members. It goes a long way to making things more fun.
