The Fools And Heroes History Group messageboard is now open.
The message archive can be read by anyone, but only members can read
the Files section, which houses most of the really juicy documents.
The documents held here relate to the background, history and past
plots and campaigns of the Fools & Heroes World.
One thing that is recognised by most people in F&H is the lack of
central resources or detailed history, but that doesn't mean it
doesn't exist!
Two years ago, an experiment was started with an online forum, to see
how much stuff could be collected. There was an awful lot of stuff
that people had tucked away in folders and cardboard boxes, stuff
that affected characters and ongoing campaigns, but then got
forgotten when a new CC was appointed!
So maybe, this resource will be a more permanent aid in tracking all
this stuff.
If you have any old documents, rhonish scripts, maps etc, that you
would like to see preserved, but don't have the means to send them by
email or post them to the message website, then contact me, and I'll
give you a postal address you can send them to. I'll scan them in,
upload the electronic versions, and return the originals.
Let's see if we can make this a useful resource.
