i have the offical game guide. chapter 4 has taking down tenpenny. listed under
post-quest plan: is raiding rort constantine, this fort is connect under
tempenny. On of the things that can be found is a place where you can find more
wepons then you can carry and 1-5lb power helmet and 1-5lb power armor.

Tesla Armor can be found in an Enclave Base late in the game. I won't
add more so as not to spoil the game.
