As you know, the shock resistance values aren't displayed for any
armor, presumably due to the rushing of the development team. A long
time ago I was told there was something called "Fallout Strategy
Guide", or something along those lines, which had the Electricity
Resistance Stats for most, if not all, suits of armor. Does anyone
know if such a piece of documentation is anywhere to be found anymore?

If not, does have an answer to the question of how to figure out this
resistance rating for all armor? I've heard that it's a "rule of
thumb" that the shock resistance tends to be the same as resistance to
plasma, but I am skeptical. All those years ago I think someone,
possibly Edward Karlinski, told me the values for Combat Armor and
Advanced Power Armor were 2/50% and 15/60%, respectively. If this were
true, the theory about plasma and shock resistances being one and the
same would be proven incorrect. Does anyone know anything about this?
