For those interested, once, a long time ago, I tryed running a Fallout
themed game of GURPS. I still have the materials if anyone is
interested...

I certainly would not be adverse to running or playing in a real time
RPG using (Gurps, D20, RIFTS) set to either Fallout or Arcanum (Two of
my all time favorite games).
