I'll kick Ish to promote this now.....

We've discussed "too narrow an opening repertoire" before, noting that
Fischer played 1. e4 almost exclusive, with Ruy Lopez as white, and
Sicilian as black against 1. e4 and King's Indian as Black against 1.
d4. Over two thirds of his 60 Memorable games fall under this three
openings.

Now one of my problems is lack of opening preparation, but that is a
totally different problem ;)
