I am currenty awaiting  a quote from the hotel to proceed and be able to publish rates. A late descision for a date ?? I could not slot weekends with the hotel earlier, and when we anounced the possible dates, we went with the second week partly because your gang indicated a strong preference for that weekend.

BUT there might be some more coming. Due to late decision for a date it is almost impossible to find a reasonable flight to NL and back. Still have to talk to Stefan and Bernhard about the GT.
The Styrian guys, Helmut, Stefan and Ian will decide if they could afford to come in january...

we did ? confused...I thought most of us would have prefered the weekend prior to the event...which is now an academic discussion because I booked flights on...
