EVENTLOCATION DATE

Back to our roots, for the event weekend of 20-22 March 2009, we will stay at the Golden Tulip Parkhotel Bergen op Zoom, Netherlands.

EVENTFEE

Before Februari 15th 2009 - € 20.
After Februari 15th 2009 - € 25.
For minors (18) reduced rate, contact me for information.
Limited room for one day attendance, contact me for information.

ROOMS (current allotment = 10 free/28 rooms)

We cut a prety sharp deal with the hotel, so for the event nights (20-21, 21-22, 22-23) we can offer the following:

doubleroom: € 65 per room per night (iow € 32,50 if you shack up with a roomy)
singleroom: € 57,50 per room per night

All rates above are excluding breakfast and tourist tax, the later is currently € 1,15 per person per night, but could vary in March.

ALTERNATIVE LODGING

You might want to check out the StayOkay, Bergen op Zoom. A former Youth Hostel this has some dormitory areas that would sleep more people, so you might find a cheaper sleeping option here. Note that this is located in the woods on the southern edge of town, and you will need transportation to from the venue.

FOOD

Saterday Night Social Dinner will be a Cold Hot buffet, EuroGT style. Cost is € 27,50 per person. Please indicate participation upon registration. Note that this dinner (and other food-related things) are available for ALL registrated persons, ALSO those not staying at the hotel.

Should you want to include breakfast then indicate this at registration OR with the hotelstaf at the event. Breakfast are charged at € 12,75

During the day (12:00-22:00) on saterday and sunday there will be a snack-menu available. This dishes can be ordered AND eaten at the Venue.

Of course you are free to use the restaurant and eat ala Carte.
