I've noticed a few bits of weirdness in the new windows version, I think its
looks great, and maybe these problems I've found might help you improve the
emulation:
- no power on beep? :)
- Chuckie egg, has all other sounds I think, except the little tune when you
die..
- chuckie egg, when I went to redefine the keys, I pressed 'C' and it just
beeped at me, as if 'C' was a disallowed key, it refused to accept it.. then
I just put in any some other key and tried it again, that next time, all was
fine when I entered 'C'.
- on trying to reset the emulator and load up some games and typing *tape
and chain"" a few times, nothing would load and it dumps out saying 'Bad
ROM' after resetting it from the menu a few times, it got itself back to
normal.
This is just a first-pass look at the emulator, and I'm not complaining,
just filing some reports of what I've found, in the hopes it will help you
to make the emulator even better (when you get round to looking at it again,
I'm in no rush! :P) hehe
