Travelling Within Sharn   Message List

I'm currently developing a campaign where the PCs are members of the Sharn Watch. I'm trying to get my head around how the city is laid out and movement between the various sections, and I'd appreciate help from the list.

I have the Sharn book, and understand that there are streets running through towers and round the outside of some of them. The book also mentions bridges between the towers and lifts to move between the levels in a tower. What I'm not clear on is movement between the regions separated by chasms. If my PCs are following a lead from, say, Copper Arch in the east to Overlook in the west, do they have to take a skycoach or soarsled or are there bridges spanning the chasms (or tunnels at the lowest levels)?

Apologies if this seems unnecessarily anal. If it was an adventure which just touched on Sharn I could possibly hand-wave it, but with the PCs patrolling the streets I feel a need to understand how the city operates from the point of view of the people who live there.

Many thanks in anticipation,

Alan
