Hi Colin,

I don't know how to jump to higher levels. Perhaps the
cheat sheet will tell you how, but believe me, it's
much more fun to do it yourself, as BJ, and discover
the secrets. Think of yourself as B. J. Blazkowicz,
and find the secrets yourself. It's really not that
hard. The more you do it the better you get... you'll
figure it out... I know....
