I have all the expansion packs.All the houses feature the 'For Sale' sign from The Sims Resource. Once you move in a family it changes to sold.
I had to delete groups 2 and 3. The CD holding all the house files is no longer readable. There were just a few houses on an older CD still available. Pictures of all my older houses are in Destinie Homes Annex 1 and 2. The Tudor groups and the Winter/Christmas groups remain unchanged. Featured House: Frost Victorian Cottage
