> 5)Any way to permanently increase non-virtue stats after char gen? Namely
strength or endurance.
Just FYI, the only methods are major plot spoilers.

First, there's the Schrat's fruit, mentioned earlier. To trigger this
encounter, destroy a witch sabbat and undergo a couple encounters with the wild
hunt as it slowly closes in on you, but has not recognized you as the prey yet.
After these, you will get the opportunity, generally twice in a row, before the
Wild Hunt actually targets you, to save a Schrat. Grab the Schrat and hide with
him in the bushes, and he'll give you strength-boosting fruit in gratitude.
This can be done over and over again over the in-game years; invoke the saint
who banishes the hunt, destroy another witch sabbat, and you'll get access to
these precious encounters yet again. Make sure to learn every saint you
possibly can as you play through, to help your chances of being able to banish
the hunt at earliest opportunity.
Next method:
At the very end of the main quest line, literally the last screen of your
interactions with Baphomet, you are given the choice to bargain or defy
Baphomet. Accept his offer. The maximum values of all your stats except
Charisma will be boosted by 5 points. Unfortunately, Intelligence does not
recover naturally like other stats, so your INT will remain at 37/42, for
example. Also, in order to reach this point in the main quest, at least one of
your characters will have been mortally wounded. Shucks.
There is no way to permanently improve Charisma. I've managed to get all the
others into the upper seventies before I just flat out lost interest in the
repetition.
