The non-moving enemy is a new one. Look at it as an opportunity for
projectile practice!
The alchemy just sounds like bad luck on the trading. Some members have
mentioned going years before getting essence of grace (for example.) There's
never anything useful for sale.
The non-paying town leaders is something I've run into. I've found that in
cities that have both a big castle and a town hall, non-payment only happens
if the leader is in the castle. I may be mistaken, because I generally just
count any non-paying leaders as corrupt and make a point not to get quests
from them.
The whole burning the castle, kill the raubritter, castle still lives is a
known bug that has been mentioned before. If you're on a quest, don't burn
the castle!
