Interesting that you mention role-play. I am actually an avid and

practiced role-player but usually more so in mmorpgs and dungeons and

dragons games.



How do you accomplish role-play in a single player DOS game with no

one to interact with? Do you write in character stories or do you

mean role-play as a matter of game immersion?



My role-playing justification for such conduct is that my adventuring

party commands a high price as legendary heroes. In character they

would continue negotiating with the local Prince until they are

satisfied that they will be rewarded well for the risk and

compensated justly for destroying a rival power that disrupts trade

and oppresses the kingdom.
