Among other things it has pretty complete support for changing what the
world map locations are. Pretty much any location can be changed into
something else. While testing I created a world where every location was
The Great Citadel.

Even without the lua stuff, the latest build of my Darklands Character
Editor (which is in the files section) will allow you to change various
properties of world map locations. Changing large numbers of locations
in an automated way is not practical this way, but you could easily
examine and change specific locations.
