I hit the marids about 20% of the time... probably because I have less speed
than all of my wizards.. and also probably because I'm a water lord.

In fact, from level 25 - 30, even though the marids couldn't touch me, I
actually couldn't kill them either. I just sat there wailing on the marids (no
disarming) for 25 minutes straight and because I was missing so much they just
kept summoning more making it impossible to defeat the marids.

Still, I'm guessing Fire Lord and Air Lord are even worse. :)
