Much of the Oregon/Washington area is under snow and freezing rain at the
moment. My bet would be on hardware issues.

It was up this morning. I'm sure it'll be back up, I've run across
several "outages" today including most of Wizards of the Coast site,
so who knows? Probably some hub/routing problems.
