Not impossible as there exists something for Middle-earth south of Umbar.
Think of Bellakar, Far Harad (Bozisha-Dar), Sîrayn, Ardor, the Bay of Ormal
(Chyan Empire, Codya, Harshandatt, Sakal an-Khâr) and more.

All can be found in a private ftp site that is given to new subscribers of
