Jon,

If you decide to ask for help running the game, I would be glad to do
one task every turn. Of course, you will still need to do everything
that requires a referee file, but there are lots of other tasks that
other players can do.

This is such a huge undertaking -- 16 players, the biggest pbem civ
game ever. You have done a great job of running it so far. It would be
a tragedy to throw in the towel.
