I am running Conquests under Vista, it took a little work. On your desktop shortcut for the game, go into the properties and go to the compatibility tab....

Easiest way is to just rename them one at a time as you settle. Otherwise go to CIVIII editor (or PTW or Conquests), create a scenario name, enter the editors...
