Merry Christmas

  I think that 2007 was a great year. Some fantastic Online gaming, and
added content. I had a unforgettable Club Season, two good Adult
League Volleyball seasons with a 1st, and 2nd place. We rallied often
to come from  behind, made some new friends, persevered though
illness, a slow economy, overcame nature, personal, and emotional
hurdles. We had a lot of Fun, maybe cried and improved ourselves.
  I see 2008 as a even better year. I leave for the Philippines in Feb.
I thank God for my Family, and Friends.

Seems like the spam has picked up again.  Ouch.  Can you make it so

Okay deleted the spam I could find and banned the spammers. I had no
idea I was a mod. So sorry for that.

Hello Everyone. Is anyone else tired of getting mainly Spam from this
group??? Why don't you switch it to approved posting only so that we
only see stuff that is Everquest information. I will leave if I
continue to get these Spams about online schools a garbage like that.
That is the way that I run my group. I have around 59 members and I
feel that it's the moderators responsibility.

There aren't many of us active on this board, I know it's pathetic.  I
don't do anything to promote it, though.  We started as an offshoot of
the Christian RPG Players group when a bunch of us started talking
about EQ on that board so I made this one to help that one stay on
track :)

But I have to ask - what spam are you referring to?  There haven't
been any spam posts in a long time that I knew of.  I don't get the
messages in my email, though, so maybe with the change to the new
groups format they have more ads in them?

Let me know what can make this group better :)

crgaming doesn't have much, it's really only useful for spell info
and even that is incomplete last I knew.  For quests, check out
http://everquest.allakhazam.com which you can also use to look up
items and what they are used for when you find stuff.  I don't know
what to recommend for you because I have a hard time finding really
rewarding things myself.

Since you're in your high 30s, though, you might want to look into
the Velious shawl quests (
http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=937 ).  It's a
back item that progressively gets better the more of the quests you
do.  They do require quite a bit of tradeskilling, though, although
some of it can be MQed so you won't have to do quite everything
yourself.  You start by huting the giants in GD and gathering 4 toes
and 10 heads to get the first 2 shawls.

Next...Can any of you EQ Genius' out there list some midlevlv (30 to
40) QUESTS...Something advantages to either exp/armor/weapons...
The reason is I am not high enough to do my epic quest and dont have
enough time to research...
