crgaming doesn't have much, it's really only useful for spell info
and even that is incomplete last I knew. For quests, check out
http://everquest.allakhazam.com which you can also use to look up
items and what they are used for when you find stuff. I don't know
what to recommend for you because I have a hard time finding really
rewarding things myself.

Since you're in your high 30s, though, you might want to look into
the Velious shawl quests (
http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=937 ). It's a
back item that progressively gets better the more of the quests you
do. They do require quite a bit of tradeskilling, though, although
some of it can be MQed so you won't have to do quite everything
yourself. You start by huting the giants in GD and gathering 4 toes
and 10 heads to get the first 2 shawls.
