Some years ago in GenCon a 4 page (?) conversion ruleset Baker Company was
handed out by RAFM, IIRC

I haven't heard about a modern variant though.

It shouldn't be that difficult to tweak the rules a bit if you need the
rules for a more modern infantry battle. The basic equipment is not that
dissimilar...
