Capital District Gaming is a Yahoo Group dedicated to promoting Adventure Gaming throughout the greater Capital District of New York State (Albany, Schenectady, Troy, Saratoga, Glens Falls, Amsterdam, Utica), or anywhere within a two hour drive of Albany, NY. We encourage the entire gaming community to contribute to the content hosted here:

Capital District Gaming is sponsored by the Schenectady Wargamers Association, Inc., an Adventure Gaming club serving the Capital District for over thirty years.  We sponsor Council of Five Nations, a three-day convention, every October (Columbus Day weekend).  We also sponsor monthly one-day Game-a-thon events, typically the second Saturday of each month. You don't need to be an SWA member to promote your adventure gaming activity here.  This resource is available to all. Contributions from new members will be held for moderator approval.   Once you have a track record of legitimacy, your future contributions will post immediately.  We regret the need to do this, but unfortunately the threat of spammers is a downside to an open internet.
