Nope, never seen any of these before, Dan, nor the comic's website link you gave us - so thanks very much for this!
Wonder if anyone knows if we in England can get hold of a copy of this "comic"? (and PS are there more like it?!)
This is pretty cool, both for inspiration for games / scenarios and for the sheer artistic conception. I've nearly finished my "tribe" of Neanderthals (Bob Murch's Pulp Figs) - and will be moving on to my "tribe" of (Copplestone) Cro-Magnon* types who will be pushing into the Neanderthal's territory with their clovis-point spear heads and throwing-stick technology.
* Yes, well, when you're as old as me, you just can't get used to the new terminology - EMH (see http://archaeology.about.com/od/earlymansites/a/cro_magnon.htm) It's the same as I can't get used to 'BC' / 'AD' being declared non-PC these days, and becoming 'BCE' / 'CE' as used in so many "text" books these days.
So,a Anyone, do please mail me, either off-group, or through the group, about obtaining the publication which Dan writes about, (cos I reckon there must be several other Cavewars types living in the UK who'd be quite interested in this or similar publication)
